- Fluff core structure :
- continuous forming by drummer, then the core is wrapped by nonwovens and cut by flat cutter, ADL(short cut) cover on the core;
- Bottom layer: composed by Back sheet NW. and PE lamination online glue;

- Cuff structure: Cuff NW. after slit fold and wraps Cuff elastic (2+2), then laminate with Top sheet by glue to make Cuff structure, Ends and Sides to be fixed by glue and heating.

- Waist structure: The elastic material short cut and transfer to back sheet by guiding wheel and laminate with top sheet NW.

- Elastic four ears: front two ears are made of no elastic NW, and back two ears are made of elastic NW, the elastic ears laminated with hook.

- Brief Introduction and Main Features :
- Machine frame is made by Square steel, the panel is processed to standard dimension of 30mm thickness with six-sided by CNC machine, to make sure the assembling verticality and accuracy. Modular design, standardized frame,
convenient to transport,easy to upgrade and maintenance in future; Multi-layer paint is adopted to avoid rust and peel.
- Drum former :
- The fluff core is forming by single continuous drummer.
- Fluff distributed evenly in divided zones mix with SAP completely.
- Brush roll outside of drum clean up the redundant fluff to ensure uniformly of the core;
- Install negative pressure meter in the drummer.
- Drummer quantity: as final design.
- High speed cell mill (MingHai Brand):
- Saw mill type, which is suit for pulp Mullen ≤1100Kpa;
- Max pulp width 500mm is accepted and mill capacity is 600kg/h

- SAP applicator :
- Dosing capacity: 3~13g/pcs
- SAP is less quantity at the top layer of core, and full mixed Pulp at the middle layer, no SAP at the bottom layer.
- SAP dosing quantity can be setup on the touch screen and servo motor control the dosing quantity, SAP and Pulp ratio of 1: 1.2 in single product;
- When SAP in the applicator is lower than the minimum position of the tank and touch the sensor, it will be automatically self-feeding and when it is missing, machine will alarm and stop automatically;
- The dosing roller is with heating function.

- Wrapping NW. unwinding unit :
- Double air expansion shafts, material roll diameter≤1000mm, core diameter 3"
- Inverter motor unwinding;
- Constant tension control, Zero speed automatic splicing;

- Fluff wrapping unit :
- Composed by wrapping wheel, conveyor belt and wrapping board, folding width can be adjusted through adjusting distance of wrapping board.
- Fluff core is conveyed to pressing unit by the mesh belt and pressurizing by cylinder.
- Fluff core cutting unit :
- Composed by the cutter and anvil, pressurizing by spring and scraping method is adopted to decrease wear of cutter blade and excessive impact to cutter and anvil;
- Upper R cutter with cleaning roller and sheet, the cutting blade and anvil adopt to high speed alloy steel.
