This battery Z stacker is mainly used for square type lithium ion power battery cell Z shape lamination.

Workflow :
This single workstation laminating machine is suitable for square lithium ion polymer battery laminating process, using Z shape laminating method.  The diaphragm is actively unwound by the motor and introduced into the laminating platform through the tension mechanism and deviation correction mechanism.  The laminator moves the diaphragm back and forth to place the poles.  After CCD photography, the coordinate center line is taken to correct the positioning platform. After precise positioning, the platform is stacked on the laminating platform.  There are four sets of press claw mechanism cross action pressing pole piece.  After the lamination is completed, the cell diaphragm is cut off by the manipulator clamp. The cell is rotated to the hot pressing composite mechanism for hot pressing. Finally, the material is deposited by the stacking mechanism.

Laminated Mode: diaphragm → double flour negative plate → diaphragm → double flour positive plate → diaphragm → double flour negative plate →......double flour positive platedouble flour negative platediaphragm.

The stacking machine has the following mechanisms:  Two bin take put and storage agency, rolling mechanism, membrane tension diaphragm, diaphragm correction mechanism, are negative linear motor transfer mechanism, positive negative pole piece CCD photo fetching coordinates to correct positioning (CCD photo detection at the same time sheet size, the imperfect functions), laminated with high power servo motor from institutions, cutting mechanism, batteries, hot pressing composite diaphragm,  Cell stack storage mechanism.
