Machine Introduction :
China Medical Mask Machine 5 Ply KN95 Earloop Disposable Mask Making Machine With Promotion Price is suitable for the automatic production of KN95 (N95) masks. The equipment cooperate with each production process through positioning system and tension system. In order to meet the market demand, we can simply replace the mold to adapt to all kinds of KN95 mask production.The whole machine consists of material feeding frame/rack, nose line/bridge unwinding folding group, edge sealing group, mask cutting group, discharging/outfeeding/output group, waste edge winding group, etc.By PLC control and power provided by servo motor, the production is completed after ultrasonic welding and forming.

Action Flow :
Raw material loading (four or five layers of cloth shall be placed according to the product requirements) → pushing nose bar → body knurling → coding (code spraying or laser marking shall be selected according to the demand) → left and right ear belt welding → folding → edge sealing → finished product cutting → finished product discharge.
KN95 mask machine consists of the following equipment: Six layer raw material loading mechanism, nose bridge & embossing process, coding (optional or laser marking as required), welding ear belt process, cost cutting & waste disposal process.
