This machine is mainly used for the automatic forming of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by a roller after being unwound, and the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped; the nose beam is pulled by the whole roll and unwound, it is cut into a fixed length and then imported into the wrapping material , both sides are sealed by ultrasonic welding, then by ultrasonic lateral sealing, cut and formed by a cutter; the mask is delivered to two mask ear band welding stations through the assembly line, the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding; when the mask is made , conveyed to the flat belt line through the assembly line to collect.
