In order to meet the market demand, we can simply replace the mold to adapt to all kinds of KN95 mask production.The whole machine consists of material feeding frame/rack, nose line/bridge unwinding group, nose line cutting group, one-time forming group, ear strap/loop welding group,folding group, edge sealing group, mask cutting group, discharging/outfeeding/output
group, waste edge winding group, etc.By PLC control and power provided by servo motor, the production is completed after ultrasonic welding and forming.
