II. Device Configuration And Process Description
1. Machine Frame :
Modular rack with fixed standard size. The wall panel is flat and not easy to deform, and it is welded with rectangular steel. After scraping putty powder, it is treated with high-strength paint.

3. Turning knife rest:
The tool rest adopts high-precision frame tool rest, which has a reasonable, advanced and unique structure. After many times of disassembly, the installation can still keep the original accuracy.

4. Tension control raw material automatic refueling and active uncoiling device: (zero-speed refueling and swinging rod refueling)
Actively uncoil online and control the tension of the following materials: (non-woven fabric, base film,); Each uncoiling device is driven by two servo motors, and uncoiling is realized by a rod-type inflatable shaft. Among the two rolls of raw materials, one material changing device connects the materials and cuts off the roll that is running out. 8.Guide groove pressing device: This device is composed of electrically heated upper and lower stirrups engraved with the shape of guide groove, and the guide groove is pressed out at the exact position of cotton core according to the product design. Driven by servo motor, the phase can also be adjusted by manual button.

9. Press-and-send device for the peripheral seal: This device is composed of electrically heated upper and lower matte, which is used to press out the product shape and designed pattern. Driven by servo motor, the phase can also be adjusted by manual button.

10. Finished product cutting device: This device is composed of the rotary upper cutter and lower cutter in the tool holder, and cuts the product into its designed shape. Driven by servo motor, the phase can also be adjusted by manual button.

11. Product quality inspection:

12. Safety protection device:
