Flow process
To feed the machine with roll type cloth material(Spunbond, Meltblown) and roll type nose beam Cloths automatically transported by roller Cloth get folded automatically by the roller mechanism The nose beam get cut in a certain length automatically and wrapped in the cloth. Cloth get welded and sealed by Ultrasonic technology. Cloth get cut into each single mask. Masks output to 2 separate lines Masks get welded with ear bands(belt) automatically by Ultrasonic technology Masks are stacked automatically(qty per stack can be set from 1~30pcs)
