The whole machine is composed of three sections, which are : Material Rack (2480mm x 810mm x 1740mm), Slicing Machine (2480mm x 1025mm x 1450mm) and Earloop Machine (1400mm x 960mm x 1660mm;). The combination of the material rack and the body is also known as the Slicing Machine, and the tail end is also called the Earloop Welding Machine.

4. Product characteristics:
The whole machine is composed of the following parts: material rack, upper nose bridge bar, shape welding, folding forming, shape cutter, turnover, material distribution, earloop welding and collection. The production is completed by servo motor and ultrasonic welding technology.

1. Material rack part: employs air expansion shafts, magnetic powder brakes and controllers to ensure moderate material tension without wrinkling;
2. Upper nose bridge bar: employs cylinders and ultrasonic welding to fix the nose bar with the specified length into the fabric;
3.  Shape welding part: empolys molds and ultrasonic welding are used to creat the primary shape of the face mask;
4.  Folding forming: folding cloth;
5. Shape cutter part: customized cutter, roll cutting and forming, at this step the mask is initially shaped;
6. Turnover part: the mask is turned over and prepared for the ear strap welding;
7. Material distribution: reasonable material distribution, increases production capacity;
8. Earloop welding part: with a rotary disc specially used in the mask machine industry and ultrasonic welding, the ear straps are welded into the face mask, finally finishing the product.
9. Collection part: product goes through the conveyor belt, for final product collection;
