Test Kit Assembly And Packing Machine
First step: the vibrating pan starts loading, and the products will be put in the loop fixture.
- The vibrating pan with sound-proof shade starts loading bottom caps at a rate of 70-90 per minute. The products are always available to be put in the loop fixture.
Second step: the first detection, cutting, test, assembly
- The bottom caps are put in the loop fixture, and moved to the position of the first reagent strips.
- The cutting machine cuts the long strip reagent board into appropriate reagent strips. Then reagent strips will be tested for size and cleanliness through the CCD camera.
- After the test, the mechanical screw module will put qualified reagent strips in bottom caps.
Third step: the second detection, cutting, test, assembly

- The bottom caps with the first reagent strips are moved to the position of the second reagent strips.
- The reagent strips hang. And servo motor loads long strip reagent boards.
- The cutting machine cuts the long strip reagent board into appropriate reagent strips. Then reagent strips will be tested for size and cleanliness through the CCD camera.
- After the test, the mechanical screw module will slowly put qualified reagent strips in bottom caps
Fourth step: capping, press
• Then bottom caps will be tested for size and cleanliness through the Cognex CCD camera.
• If a bottom cap is unqualified, it won't be capped, and automatically skips subsequent steps. The unqualified products will be automatically rejected.
• If qualified, the bottom cap will be moved to next working position. It will be capped by the simple robot arm, pressed by the cylinder, and then tested for pressing height.
Fifth step: the qualified reagent kits are moved to the packing machine, the unqualified kits are rejected.
- The qualified reagent kits are moved to the conveyor line of the packing machine.
- The unqualified reagent kits are put in the defective warehouse.
Sixth step: packing machine loading
If the amount of products on the bridge and belt line within the range of 10-20, the packing machine
automatically starts sealing. The range can be reset. Testing cards enter into pre-in-bag fixture in order.
Seventh step: desiccant and vibrating pan loading
- The desiccant and vibrating pan load with sound-proof shade. The products pass the belt line and enter into pre- in-bag fixture in order.
- Then the part of bagging process is ready.
Eighth step: aluminum foil bag loading machine
- Bag loading machine put aluminum foil bags on the bag loop line, and open the bags which is convenient for testing cards and desiccant to enter into.
Ninth step: packing machine
- Packing machine: Inductor detection.
- The inductor in the packing machine detects the bags.
- If a bag has both testing cards and desiccant, it will be push-in packed.
- If not, it will be rejected.
Tenth step: thermal-compression sealing machine
• The products passed the aluminum foil bag loop line, and then are moved to the sealing position. The products are pressed in the thermal-compression sealing machine.
• You can control the temperature depending on the thickness of the aluminum foil bags.
Eleventh step: the final product, reject defective products
• All processes of the product are completed. The defective products will be rejected.
• You can make a belt line at the last position.
Defective product recovery zone. There are a belt line at the last position in accordance with requirements and a ink-jet printer. The printer can print the date of manufacture and the batch number.
